Mon Chai in brief
What is Mon Chai?
A software for online wine management, developed in Rennes. It centralises the management of the estate, from the vine to the sale: plots and plant protection register, harvests, cellars, stocks, sales and billing, wine tourism, preparation of the DRM, with an assistant IA in French. Who is Mon Chai?
The wineries, whatever their size, will be followed by modules for winemakers and traders.
Any connection to the mobile cellar app of the same name?
No, none. The "Mon Chai" applications of the application shops are used to manage a personal cellar of bottles. Here, on monchai.fr, it is a professional software for the wineries.
What features are available today?
All modules presented on the site are now available in the beta test: vine & grape harvest, cellar & winemaking, stocks & traceability, & bets, sales & billing, DRM & compliance, wine tourism And Assistant IA.
Three features announced will arrive later: online booking of the wine tours, monitoring malolactic fermentation and transmission of orders to carriers.
Which Mon Chai devices does it work on?
In the browser, on computer and on tablet. There is nothing to install, and your data are the same on all your posts.
DRM, declarations and registers
Does Mon Chai manage the DRM?
Yes. The cellar, bet and sales operations feed the material accounts, and Mon Chai deducts a draft of DRM (entry, exit, loss and final stock per product) that you control before declaring. The dashboard recalls the month's deadline and the history is kept. See page DRM & compliance.
Is the DRM teletransmitted to customs?
The declaration is made on the customs DTI+ portal. Mon Chai prepares all the data for the quick carry-over: material accounting, draft declaration, losses and regularizations.
Is the phytosanitary register in line with the digital requirement 2027?
Yes. Each intervention entered in the work log feeds the register: parcel, product, dose, date. The list of inputs is synchronized with the marketing authorizations published by the Anses: you enter an authorized product, with its MA number. The register is exported to CSV, the format required from January 1, 2027, and in PDF for controls. Pre-harvest and re-entry times are followed. Is the IFT calculated?
Yes, from the treatments entered in the work log: products, doses and surfaces.
What registers and regulatory documents does Mon Chai hold?
Wine traceability, the cultivation book and the phytosanitary register, fed by your seizures and exportable in CSV and PDF. Mon Chai also follows the INAO codes, the circulation documents (DAE, DSA, DEB) and the CRD capsules.
Are you ready for electronic billing?
The receipt of electronic invoices is mandatory since September 1, 2026, and the issue will be on September 1, 2027 for the TPE-SME. In Mon Chai, quotations, orders and invoices are already linked to customers and stocks. The complete schedule is in our article on electronic billing.
Traceability
Can we trace a bottle to the plot?
Yes, in both directions: from the plot to the finished products, and from a commercial lot to the original parcels. Each lot keeps its history: cellar operations, inputs, analyses, assemblages.
Should we re-retrieve information from one module to another?
No. The modules are connected: a vintage creates entry into the cellar, a stocking creates finished products, a sale updates the inventory and the material accounting.
Your data
Where are the data hosted?
In France, at OVHcloud in Roubaix, with regular backups and protected access. The host's coordinates are in the legal notice.
Who owns the data?
They are yours. You can export them at any time in CSV and PDF, free of charge.
What happens if I stop Mon Chai?
The subscription is without commitment: you stop when you want and you leave with your data exported in standard formats.
What can IA help do? Do my data remain confidential?
It answers questions in French about your domain data: remaining stocks, history of a lot, volumes in vats. It only accesses your domain data, which remain your property. The processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The beta-test programme
How does the beta-test program work?
You test the software free of charge until October 31, 2026, without any means of payment. In exchange, you share your returns. Data transfer, one hour of training, a webinar of take-over and assistance within 24 hours are included.
Can we import our existing data?
Yes. We transfer with you, from your Excel or CSV files or from your current tools. This 300 € tax excl. delivery is offered during the beta test.
What support do you offer when starting?
Transfer of your data, one hour of individual training, a webinar of control and dedicated assistance. After beta-test, the training and data recovery remain available in one-time services, detailed on the page Pricing.
Pricing
How much does Mon Chai cost?
Free until 31 October 2026 with beta-test program. Then, 49 € tax excl. per month for one year, then 59 € tax excl. per month, all inclusive, without commitment, with 30 days free trial Without credit card. Beta-testers benefit from a reserved Primeurs offer. Details are on the page Pricing.
How many users are included?
Two. Each additional user costs €15 tax excl. per month.
Is there a commitment or hidden costs?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be terminated at any time. Only training and data recovery are charged separately, in one-off services. Exporting your data is free.
