For any sign-up before 31 October 2026, access to the software is free until 31 December 2026, with no payment method required, and the import of your data and training are offered. In return, we ask you for your feedback: they are the ones who decide what we build next.

Then 30 days free trial, without credit card
From 1 November 2026, creating an account opens a 30-day free trial. Until 31 December 2026, data import and training are also offered. No payment is required to start. At the end of 30 days, nothing is triggered by itself: since no card has been registered, nothing can be taken. You choose to continue or stop.
What the test includes
The test gives access to the complete software, not a reduced version:
- Wine and harvest: plots, work log, compliant digital plant protection register 2027, inputs synchronized with the marketing authorisations of Anses.
- Cellar and winemaking: bowling, technical batches, operations, analyses.
- Stocks and traceability, packaging and storage.
- Sales, customers and billing.
- DRM and compliance: cellar register, material accounting, data ready for DTI+ portal.
- Wine tourism and sales in the cellar.
- IA Assistant in French, operated on our servers in France.

Free wineware, does it exist?
Yes, as long as you know what you get and what you lose. The spreadsheet is free, and it does real services as long as the domain remains small. Some paid software also offers a free version limited in volumes or modules.
The difficulty comes with obligations. The phytosanitary register becomes numerical on 1ir January 2027 and must export in a specific format. The material accounting that feeds the DRM assumes that the inputs, outputs and losses are linked to the same lots. Traceability requires finding a bottle to its plot. These are data linked to each other, and a binder rarely keeps them long without double entry.
Mon Chai is not a free software. It is free to try, on your own data: until 31 December 2026 if you sign up before 31 October, 30 days otherwise. It is the only honest way to know if it saves you time.

- You send us your existing files if you have one: we take your parcels, containers and customers back to test on real.
- You work in the software, and you tell us what's wrong and what's wrong.

Is Mon Chai free?
For any sign-up before 31 October 2026, the launch offer gives access to all the software free of charge until 31 December 2026, without a payment method. From 1 November 2026, signing up opens a 30-day free trial. In both cases, training and data import are offered until 31 December 2026. Mon Chai then costs €59 excluding tax per month.
Do you need a credit card to try Mon Chai?
No. The account creation does not require any means of payment. You enter your name, domain and email address, and you start working.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
No automatic credit cards were requested, so nothing can be taken. You freely choose to continue or stop, and you leave with your data.
Is there a commitment or hidden costs?
No. Subscription is monthly and can be terminated at any time. Only training and data import are charged separately, as an option, and always announced in advance. Until 31 December 2026, they are offered to every new sign-up. Details are on the page Pricing.
Can we get his data back if we stop?
Yes. Your data is yours and is exported to CSV and PDF at any time, free of charge, without having to ask.
Is there a free wineware?
There are free tools, starting with the spreadsheet, and limited versions of paid software. They are kept as long as the domain remains small and the obligations remain simple. The digital phytosanitary register, mandatory from 1 January 2027, the material accounting and the traceability of lots require data linked to each other, which a spreadsheet does not guarantee. Mon Chai is not free, but you can try it for free, on your data, before any decision is made.
