A file corresponds to a homogeneous dataset : Most often an Excel or CSV table, or an export of your current software. Each table counts for a file, regardless of the number of rows.

What happens at the end of the 30 days of trial?
Nothing automatic. No credit card has been requested, so nothing can be taken. You freely choose to subscribe to continue; if you do not continue, nothing is charged to you.
I'm a beta-tester: what's going on on on the 1st?ir November 2026?
The beta-test program ends on October 31, 2026.ir November, you freely choose whether to continue with the subscription or not: nothing is automatic, and your data remains exportable in both cases.
Is there a commitment?
No. Subscription is monthly, at 49 € tax excl., and can be terminated at any time.
Are prices duty-free?
Yes, all prices displayed are tax-free. VAT, at the current rate, is added to the invoice.
How many users can work in the same area?
Two users are included in the subscription. Each additional user is charged €15 tax excl. per month.
Should we take training?
No. The subscription gives access to all software and support. Training and data recovery are one-time services, to go faster at startup: you choose them if you need them.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes. Your data remains yours and can be exported at any time in standard formats without locking.
How are the services charged?
Once, at the service: one hour of training, one pack, one integrated file. Never in the form of a subscription. The on-site training is the subject of a quote, which takes into account the displacement.
