The best AI tools for Mon Chai
You already use ChatGPT or Claude. Mon Chai allows you to connect them to your domain data, read only, to ask your questions in natural language: "how many magnums of Tradition I have left?", "what bills are unpaid?", "what turnover in August?", without copying and pasting, without exporting, and you cut when you want.
In short. Mon Chai opens a standard door, called connector MCP, which your assistant comes to question. You allow it once, on Mon Chai, for an operation; it can then only read your inventory and invoices; you revoke access with one click.

1. MCP, technology: a universal socket for AI
An assistant like ChatGPT or Claude knows nothing about your domain. He doesn't know your cuvées, your stocks, or your customers. So far, the only way to get him to read your numbers was to copy them to him by hand, question after question.

At Mon Chai, these tools are new, all readable: the context of the connection, the inventory summary, the stock of a vintage by format and by vintage, the stock by format, the bulk, the list of invoices, the details of an invoice, the unpaid invoices and the turnover over a period. The numbers returned are exactly those of your Stock and Sales screens: the assistant does not recalculate anything.
How access is protected
The connection uses OAuth 2.1, the mechanism behind "Login with Google": your assistant never has your Mon Chai password. At the time of connection, you are returned to Mon Chai, you identify as usual (double authentication included if you enabled it), you choose the holding You're the one who decides, never the assistant.
Then, with each question, Mon Chai checks that the authorization is still valid, that your account is active and that you still have the right to read this data. A collaborator without access to invoices will not get the invoices either by the assistant. Each reading is logged in to Mon Chai: what connection, what tool, what time, never the content of the answers.
2. Two AIs, two roles
Mon Chai already integrates an assistant, operated on our servers in France, for help in the software. The MCP connector is something else: it puts your Assistant, the one you pay and know, at the service of your data. Both coexist.

3. Link Mon Chai to Claude
Works with claude.ai, the Claude computer application, the mobile application and Claude Code. A Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise account is required to add a custom connector.

Copy the connector address
In Mon Chai: Administration › ChatGPT / Claude connector › button Copy.
You see: the server address, and the list of your active connections (empty the first time). -
Add the connector in Claude
On claude.ai : Settings › Connectors › Add Custom ConnectorName: Mon Chai. Paste the address. Leave the fields "client ID" and "secret" empty. Validate.

Allow, on Mon Chai
Click Connect. A Mon Chai tab opens. Identify yourself if necessary, choose the operation to share, read what will be read, and then Allow playback.

Ask your question
In a conversation, check that Mon Chai is enabled in the tool menu, and ask for example: "What operation is it?".
You see: Claude indicates that it uses Mon Chai, then answers with the name of your operation and your role.
Office application. The connector added to claude.ai is available in the Claude app for computer and mobile, with the same permission. Nothing to do.
4. Link Mon Chai to ChatGPT
Works with ChatGPT on the web, with a Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu account. ChatGPT only accepts external connectors in developer mode, to activate once only.

Enable developer mode (once)
On chatgpt.com : Settings › Connectors › Advanced › enable Developer Mode.

Create Connector
Settings › Connectors › CreateName: Mon Chai. Address of the MCP server: paste the address copied in Mon Chai. Authentication: OAuth. Check the confidence box, then Create.

Allow, on Mon Chai
Click Connect. A Mon Chai tab opens: identify yourself, choose the operation, read what will be read, and then Allow playback.

Enable it in the conversation
In a new conversation: button + › More › check Mon Chai. Ask your question. The first time, ChatGPT can ask you to confirm the call to the tool.

5. What you share, what you do not share
Read by the assistant
- Your stocks: bulk, bottles, commercial lots, per cuvée, format and vintage.
- Your invoices: list, details with lines and payments, unpaid, turnover over a period.
- The name of the operation chosen, your name and your role.
Never
- No writing: neither creation, nor correction, nor deletion, nor sending.
- Your other farms: a connection, a farm.
- Your credentials, your settings, your collaborators, your customs declarations.
- What your rights do not allow you to see in Mon Chai.
- Yeah, I guess so. The data read (cuvées names, quantities, customer names, amounts) are transmitted to the editor of the assistant you have chosen and processed according to his conditions, outside Mon Chai. Check the rules of storage of your ChatGPT or Claude account before logging in real data.
Revoke
At any time: Mon Chai › Administration › ChatGPT / Claude connector › connection line › Revoke. The wizard can no longer read anything from the next second, without asking anyone. You can also delete the assistant-side connector; still call back in Mon Chai to be sure.

And a question that does not work, voluntarily: "Modify the stock of Tradition to 30,000". The assistant will answer you that he can only read. There is no writing tool.
7. Frequently Asked Questions
Do my data leave with OpenAI or Anthropic?
Yes, the ones the assistant reads to answer, and only at the publisher you have chosen and authorized. Mon Chai does not send anything of its own: it is your assistant who comes to read, with your permission, and you can remove it at any time. The integrated assistant of Mon Chai, he, never leaves our servers in France.
Can the assistant be wrong?
The numbers he receives are those of Mon Chai, which are correct to the second of the question. What he does next (a calculation, a comparison, a projection) is the assistant's. If in doubt, open the Stocks or Sales screen: it is the same source.
Do you need a specific subscription?
Mon Chai side, the connector is included. On the assistant side, you need an offer that accepts custom connectors: Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise; ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu.
Can I plug in several farms?
Yes, by adding the connector once per operation and selecting the desired operation for each authorization. Each connection is independent and cancels separately.
What does Mon Chai see from my conversations?
None of your conversations. Mon Chai logs only tool calls: which connection, what tool, what time, with the question settings (a cuvée name, a period). Never the content of the answers or what you write to the assistant.
What about Mistral, Gemini, Copilot?
MCP is a standard: any assistant that accepts a remote MCP connector with OAuth can plug in the same way. Claude has been tested on the desktop app and in Claude Code; the remote claude.ai connector and ChatGPT follow the same standard and are being tested for real now. Tell us which one you use.
